Corporate Finance – VP? – M&A recruitment
Buy-sides, sell-sides, capital raisings - usually in digital media, internet etc but sometimes in totally unconnected sectors.
Your job will be to run deals in their entirety. That could mean attending meetings with boards, managing day-to-day process stuff, modeling, pitching - everything really. This is a boutique so a pre-requisite for any applicants is a willingness to do anything that is required on a deal - including the junior tasks.
This role could be done effectively by anything from a Senior Associate to a Director. This is certainly somewhere where you could start to think about originating deals if you were so inclined.
Bonuses are paid on a deal by deal basis which means relatively large payments through the year. Deal flow is strong and the work/life balance is relatively good.
