This leading investment consultancy and asset management business is seeking a lawyer to join it legal team in London. The role will report into the General Counsel and will involve;
* Drafting and Negotiating commercial agreements and investment related documentation, including IMA's, custody agreements etc
* Review fund documentation across a broad range of asset classes and multiple jurisdictions
* Assist generally to legal and documentation issues in the asset and funds management business
To qualify, you will be 2-5PQE with experience within the investment management industry.
