Corporate Governance

Ideal candidates will have corporate governance and (or) compliance experience, as well as essential ‘soft skills’ such as confidence in interviewing  and intelligence gathering,  and  the ability to maintain senior levels relationships is desirable..

Excellent written and communication skills are essential and a proven record of working under pressure with an ability to make appropriate risk based decision are desired.

Candidates will preferably  have relevant experience or qualifications in a related fields; corporate governance, consultancy, legal, regulation, or human resources.
