Corporate Governance (Irish Domiciled Funds)

Wonderful corporate governance opportunity at leading institution 

 Manage Board administration and governance processes for Irish funds and related entities including preparation and distribution of quarterly Board packs.
 Provide high-quality advice and support to internal clients by reviewing and resolving day-to-day corporate governance issues and by promptly turning around quality work product.
 Interacting with Board members and senior staff on Board-related items. Works closely with external counsel, other members of the LC team and key stakeholders in the business to prepare annual plans and meeting agendas, draft Board memoranda and draft Board and Committee minutes.
 Collect and distributes management reports prior to Board meetings as well as off-cycle reports.
Develop and maintain good working relationships with authors of reports for Board meetings and management reports and other groups involved in corporate governance processes (e.g., FFS, PRD, Internal Audit) and manage the timely production of Board reports by these teams in order to distribute the Board packs in accordance with set time frames.
 Develop standard record keeping processes used by the team to document appropriate policies, procedures, and templates.
 Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned (including taking the minutes of various internal committees and UK Board meetings).

Qualifications
· Undergraduate degree in related field, or equivalent training and experience.
· Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
· Demonstrated ability to function in a deadline oriented, fast paced and rapidly changing environment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work with all levels of staff
