The primary responsibilities of this position will be responsible for the promotion and sales of Corporate Identity Programs for BCS North America brands – Traco, Reynobond, and Kawneer. The position requires dealing with an established customer base and end users as well as market development to create new customers/end users and opportunities.
The incumbent will:
- Manage existing corporate identity programs
- Oversee corporate identity programs including inventory management, order pursuit, and order execution functions for on-going revenue
- Continued communication on all corporate identity programs via direct contact with end users, sales managers, customers and related architects and engineer firms.
- Oversee development, approval, and on-going management of color samples and other product enhancements for changes in current programs.
- Monthly and quarterly reporting on programs to BCS Segment Leaders for KNA and AAP.
- Provide monthly demand and program forecasts for existing programs to assist in forecasting, managing operational capacity requirements, and inventories management.
- Develop new Corporate Identity (CID) programs
- Develop a strategic plan that delivers CID revenues for KNA of $50.0M and AAP to $XX.0M through a targeted approach by market segment
- Drive trade show strategy and execution that supports targeted growth initiatives
- Work closely with Marketing Department on trade shows and development of marketing materials for use in promotions of the BCS bundled offering
- Promote CID bundling opportunities with Architects/Specifiers/Designers of end users to secure product specifications, bidding opportunities and contracts.
- Work with AAP and KNA customers to secure product specifications, bidding opportunities and contracts around CID Programs
- Assist Regional Sales Managers on potential new programs identified at the regional level
- Monthly and quarterly reporting on programs to BCS Segment Leaders for KNA and AAP.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 8-10 years of related field sales experience
Ability to manage a remote team
Familiarity with CRM solutions and metric-driven management
Ability to promote and sell a variety of products and solutions at the executive and senior leadership level.
Ability to capture profitable growth from order pursuit through to order execution.
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
Ability to counsel with customers on matters of promotion, bidding, sales, and installation processes.
Effective communication skills with both internal and external customers (architects, fabricators, contractors)
A mechanical aptitude with a general interest architecture and/or construction
Must be results oriented with a high level of work intensity.
Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
Needs to be able to work independently for extended periods.
Possess a high degree of enthusiasm and a displays a positive attitude.
Must be customer driven and yet still able to balance the company goals and objectives against the customer needs.
