Corporate Insurance Associate recruitment
Responsibilities
- Management of RGE Group insurance and captive insurance matters
- Regular reporting to Management on updates / changes in Risk and Insurance matters
- Ensure all Business Units’ insurable risks are adequately identified and effectively insured
- Review insurance coverage regularly and arrange for the most effective insurance cover and settlement of insurance claims
- Supervise and liaise with insurance brokers and primary insurers to ensure that the Group's insurance requirements are adequately optimized
- Manage insurance funds, payment of premiums and oversee all significant claims
- Assist in Enterprise Risk Management and Loss Prevention of various Group risks
Job Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder with relevant General Insurance qualifications
- Relevant 3 – 5 years experience in domestic and international regulations, compliance, claims, liaison with insurance intermediaries and loss adjusters
- Wide understanding of different classes of general/life insurance policies
- Prior implementation of risk management strategies (ERM/ORM) experience advantageous
- Strong insurance negotiation, people relational, reporting and presentation skills
- Effectively bilingual in English and one Asian language
