As a Technology Customer Service intern within our IT Enterprise Shared Services division, you'll provide professional assistance to internal and external customers having hardware and software-related problems with their supported desktop, laptop or peripherals. This intern will strive to attain a high level of customer service while supporting the computing needs of the facilities. Successful candidates should possess strong customer service and communication skills, as well as, excellent desk top skills (Microsoft) and possess the ability to work independently.
