Major Financial Services firm located in Jersey City has a long term contract opening for an experienced Corporate IT recruiter. The position will focus on recruiting all levels of Information technology professionals throughout the company at key locations within the United States. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of focused IT recruiting experience in a corporate setting; will consider applicants who have agency background if experience was directed at permanent placement in the IT field specifically.
Must possess excellent writing and communications skills, ability to multi-task and meet the requirements of various managers and directors within the organization a timely basis. Strong networking, recruiting, social media and internet search abilities are required. Ability to pre- screen and interview candidates to determine right fit for departments unique hiring profiles.
Commutable from NYC off of Path Train. Hourly rate target rate is $40 - $45 but negotiable based on experience and education. Strong possibility of contact to hire.
