Our client has established an enviable reputation as a broad based legal practice and areas of specialization include, corporate and commercial law, local and international taxation, banking law, real estate law.
They are currently seeking an experienced corporate lawyer who has a broad experience, i.e. you will be able to incorporate law firms in Luxembourg, maintain companies in Luxembourg in good standing, know all tax implications, and be able to draft legal opinions and anything related to this subject.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience within this field and will be a member of the Luxembourg Bar Association.
