Corporate New Business Consultant recruitment

To generate long term revenue growth from the implementation and management of employee benefit arrangements for corporate clients, including pension schemes for the benefit of the employees of corporate clients and any further risk benefits attached to those schemes.

Job Role

To generate corporate new business in line with company targets.

To assess the profitability of each new/existing corporate client.

To maximise the retention of all profitable existing clients.

Formulate corporate new business marketing strategies.

Prepare new business tender documents/presentations.

Attend initial meeting with prospects, where appropriate.

Develop and maintain board level relationships with key corporate clients.

Ensure that all potential/new/existing corporate clients have access to relevant advice on all aspects of their Employee Benefit structures

Experience  

To be technically proficient in all employee benefit related matters

To understand the legal requirements associated with each employee benefit type.

To understand the employee benefit market place.

To be capable of preparing new business tenders.

To be capable of presenting recommendations in both a one to one and group presentation environment.

To have a minimum of five years’ industry experience and relevant qualifications

To be actively progressing towards Chartered status.
