The Opportunity

Our client is a market leader in corporate services in Luxembourg with outstanding reputation for client focus and technical know-how

The Responsibilities

-Acting as client key contact person for corporate (administrative) matters with regards to companies domiciliated, you will actively participate in the day to day management of Soparfis and other companies
-Organizing board meetings, general meetings and draft all kinds of corporate legal documents;
-Incorporation and management of companies;
-Having extensive contacts with notaries, banks and Luxembourg authorities.

The Competencies

-You are fluent in German, and have a good command of French. Knowledge of English is an advantage
-You possess at least a first experience in a legal or corporate secretarial role
-You are able to learn quickly and work in a team environment
-You demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all corporate levels
-You are MS-Office literate
-You demonstrate excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
