Corporate Paralegal – In

Small Westside corporation is seeking a paralegal with corporate experience for a temp to hire position.   You will work with the general counsel.  The ideal candidate will have corporate formation, dissolution and subsidiary maintenance experience, as well as experience working with contracts and stock option documentation.   The company does not expect much litigation, but there are several open cases for which you would assist outside counsel.
