Experienced corporate paralegal needed for large downtown law firm. Minimum of three years corporate experience in either a law firm or comparable corporate environment.
Minimum of Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or ABA accredited paralegal certificate. Solid experience in entity formations, entity governance and compliance, securities law compliance and coordination of closing transactions.
