Job Description

You will be joining the Corporate Partnerships team who are responsible for the strategic development of innovative and mutually beneficial national partnerships with the corporate community.

Your role will be focusing on strategic development of NEW national corporate partnerships with specific accountability to develop and deliver revenue opportunities via major partnerships. There are three main challenges to the role:

  • Identifying and managing business opportunities that align with the charities brand and sub-brand values as well as corporate objectives and policies
  • Building and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships within a corporate environment
  • Creating, nurturing and maintaining strong internal relationships with stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years experience in sales, marketing or communications
  • Proven track record in sales management and negotiation and developing and implementing strategic business development plans
  • Fundraising corporate partnerships / relationship management experience is desirable but not essential
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, written and presentation skills
  • Creative flair for the development of new ideas or marketing concepts
  • Ability to work well in a team situation Ability to travel interstate
  • Ability to operate in a complex, multifaceted charitable environment
  • Proven track record achieving income targets and managing expenses
  • Existing network of corporate relationships with major corporate organisations in Australia is desirable but not essential
