Corporate Pension Consultant recruitment
In addition you will be required to provide pension consultancy services to an existing portfolio of multi-member defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes as well as assisting clients with Group PRSAs. This is an opportunity to join an expanding corporate pensions practice within a large international organisation with a strong brand.
Revenue generation
- Proven record of generating new leads and new group pensions business is a requirement of this role.
Client service and relationship management
- Proven record of providing client focussed pension’s consultancy to a diverse portfolio of clients i.e. acting as client or relationship manager.
- Overall responsibility to clients for service delivery within statutory deadlines.
- Maintaining company standards concerning quality and quantity of work to ensure service and customer care standards are achieved.
- Aware of compliance and business risk management issues.
Professional experience
- At least 7 years corporate pensions consultancy experience.
- Experience of working with 20 – 500 member defined benefit and defined contribution occupational pension schemes and Group PRSAs.
- Strong technical pension’s knowledge including insured and self administered pension schemes.
- Good working knowledge of group pensions products.
- Knowledge of group risk schemes (life and income continuance).
- Knowledge of private medical arrangements and flexible benefits while not essential would be a distinct advantage.
- Strong written and presentation skills.
- Strong MS Excel and MS Word.
