Sea Launch is seeking an experienced Corporate Process Manager, competent in dealing with existing processes and capable of implementing changes into Swiss-Russian projects. Corporate Process Manager will be responsible for system interface and data issues within Sea Launch business groups and assist in defining, interpreting, and implementing system enhancements with regard to the critical targets of the organizational structure and compliant with Russian and Swiss legislation. Corporate Process Manager will reside in Bern, Switzerland, performing control compliancy to Corporate Accounting, Internal Audit and other external or internal parties, ensuring integrity of revenue, budget, and forecasting data.
The successful candidate must have:
- 6 years + of professional work as a business analyst, project manager in projects of organizational modelling, business restructuring, business process blueprint and optimization in joint companies with Russian and Swiss capital;
- Good knowledge of organizational and business structures in different areas of Russian and Swiss business including industrial companies and financial services. Knowledge of specifics of Russian import/export deals is desirable;
- Experience in majority of the following topics: organization change strategy, risk management, business process optimization, development and implementation of administrative rules and procedures, strategic planning;
- Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously, to react to the top management demands, to understand and perform business requests from different departments applying the best decision based on the best practices, system approach and analytical skills;
- Project working experience, skills in project management methodologies (PMP, PMI);
- Knowledge of fundamentals of the Russian civil law, understanding of business communication specifics;
- Proficiency in business documents circulation, business correspondence. Strong proposal writing skills;
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills;
- Good level of English and Russian;
Salary and Benefits
Level and salary will commensurate with the qualifications of the applicant. A competitive benefits package will be provided. Relocation expenses, if any, will be paid by Sea Launch.
