Corporate PSL 8+
This is your chance to join a US firm in London clearly on the up! Our client is looking to replace their experienced PSL.
You will assist a global corporate practice by providing, developing and maintaining technical know-how resources. This will involve monitoring legal developments and producing internal and external publications on such developments; ensuring that significant information is passed on to fee-earners in the group; maintaining and developing the corporate precedents and library; and creating and implementing training programmes for trainees and junior fee-earners. High quality work with high amounts of responsibility can therefore be expected.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' general corporate experience derived from a leading City firm, with around 4 to 5 years experience as a PSL. Excellent interpersonal and technical skills will also be required to convey confidence and clarity when passing on know-how. This is a rare opportunity that offers New Yorkrates for a driven PSL.
Both full time and part time applicants will be considered. Part time applicants must be prepared to do 4 days p.w.
