This dynamic, mid-sized consulting firm is looking for an outgoing, polished and customer focused individual to man their front desk.  The role will include answering phones, redirecting calls, greeting visiting guests and ensuring they are taken care of, dealing with security issues, booking meeting rooms, as well general administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have some previous reception, customer service and administrative experience in a corporate setting, solid MS Office skills, truly enjoy working with people, have a professional demeanour and presentation and be looking for a solid start to their career.  This is a promotable position.
