Corporate Receptionist / Customer Service Representative Job in London, London Uk

Our client, a prestigious Serviced Office provider is currently looking for an experienced Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to assist in the smooth running of a high profile Central London Business Centre.

 

It is a busy and corporate environment, providing their clients with the highest possible level of customer service. Therefore all candidates MUST be impeccably presented, highly motivated, and have previous experience within a serviced office or similarly demanding hospitality environment.

 

The role:

§  Meet and greet all clients, visitors and VIP’s in a friendly and courteous manner

§  Deal with incoming and outgoing calls and maintain busy switchboard

§  Delivery of client requirements

§  Booking and managing meeting rooms

§  Assist the Centre Manager with day-to-day management of the Centre where required

§  Assisting with administrative, and marketing duties as needed

§  Effectively liaise with other departments with operational information

Personal Profile:

§  Excellent Customer Service skills gained in similar environment

§  Well presented, professional and highly motivated

§  ‘Hands On’ approach

§  Strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken English

§  Basic knowledge of MS Office programmes
