Being the face of this organisation is a vital position within this company and as part of the company values you will be responsible for delivering a superior level of customer service to their clients. This position has become available due to career growth within this expanding company.

As the first point of contact your duties will include answering phones, greeting clients, typing letters, scanning, binding, coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, booking meeting rooms and supporting a large team of staff administratively as required.

Your recent experience within administration will enable you to hit the ground running in this position. You will be required to work well within a team and have the drive and motivation to assist with all administration duties. In return you will gain a wealth of experience within all areas of administration in a well recognised firm. You will be working in a deadline driven, fast paced environment so experience within a corporate environment is desirable.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent communication skills and be extremely well presented, have excellent time management skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Office.
