In this role you will be responsible for:

 

·         Meeting Greeting Clients face to face and over the telephone

·         Supporting the Administration Manager

·         Be available to work one Saturday in every five weeks,

          covering calls in the Service Centre

·         Entering all maintenance dockets into the computer

·         Assist Call Centre with telephone inquiries in case of call overflow.

·         General ad-hoc duties and completing any admin tasks given

·         Mail distribution

 

To be considered for this position you must have the following:

 

·         Immaculate presentation

·         Ability to multi task and take initiative

·         Good administration and computer skills

·         Strong command on verbal and written communication skills

·         Capable to work under pressure

·         Team player and also ability to work autonomously

·         A friendly and bubbly personality

·         Excellent Customer Service Skills
