Due to outstanding growth, ROUSH is seeking a full life-cycle recruiting professional who will source and hire skilled trade and light industrial staff in support of our rapidly expanding Mold Tooling and Precision Machining groups.  You will partner with and support hiring managers in the recruitment process through the creative use of various sourcing techniques such as trade schools, job fairs, social media and other sources.  The position is based in Livonia, MI.


Requirements:
• Minimum one year of recruiting experience, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain and ensure that all requisition folders have the appropriate documentation and are 
   compliant with Roush's established recruiting processes.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience recruiting for skilled craft (e.g., CNC machinists) for an automotive supplier.
• Prior experience recruiting within Affirmative Action guidelines and/or OFCCP.
• Experience working with an applicant tracking system.
