The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, pre-screening, identifying, attracting, interviewing, hiring and retaining candidates for all departments and levels of NFI. The Corporate Recruiter will execute recruiting techniques that include direct sourcing, networking and Internet mining, as well as manage full life cycle recruiting methods that include both internal (human resources directors and hiring managers) and external (candidate) processes. Additional responsibilities will include the placement of job advertisements; manage the candidate offer process (salary recommendations, negotiations, and reference checks), offer letter generation, background, drug screening, reference checks, and offer acceptance/declines in addition to preparing new hire paperwork and files for HR. The Corporate Recruiter will also coordinate the on-boarding process and assist with administration of new hire orientations while working closely with other members of the recruiting and HR teams.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree preferred
• 2-4 years demonstrated high-volume recruiting experience (Transportation, Logistics and Warehousing recruiting experience preferred)
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; UltiPro preferred
• Ability to cultivate relationships that generate a positive perception of NFI and to develop long-term sustainable networks, including relationships with targeted placement offices, diversity organizations, college recruitment teams, etc.
• Ability to work across all business units and be willing to travel as necessary
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate at all levels both inside and outside of NFI
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and various recruiting technologies, including online communications, search engines and career websites
• Demonstrated success at utilizing "Best Practice" recruiting methods as well as developing new creative sources of candidates
• Experience attending job fairs and working with local organizations is a plus
• Must demonstrate strong initiative and independent thinking
• Creativity, ingenuity and the drive to consistently improve performance
• Ideal candidate is highly motivated and self-directed
• Must be a well organized team-player with exceptional planning, time management and project management skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are essential
