Job Description:
Our large electrical manufacturing client is seeking TWO Corporate Recruiters. This role will support recruitment efforts for their local and nationwide locations. This is a great opportunity for candidate(s) with staffing agency experience to transition to a corporate recruiting role. The ideal candidate(s)will possess the following qualities:
- Have a "head-hunter" mentality
- Ability to confidently present candidates
- Very detail-oriented
- Ability to work quickly and effectively with very little error
- Be comfortable recruiting for any level position
- Experience recruiting candidates within 3 levels of CEO a PLUS
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Hard-working, assertive and sense of urgency
