SUMMARY
Our client, an international manufacturing company based in Spain is seeking a Recruiter US Headquarters in Melrose Park, IL
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sourcing candidates for a variety of office and manufacturing/warehouse positions within Chicago and the United States.
Utilize the Internet, job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.
Meet with hiring managers to learn their hiring need and devise a recruiting plan and time line.
Conduct preliminary phone interviews, prior to scheduling in person interviews.
Work closely with outside staffing firms and recruiters.
May conduct Skype interviews, as necessary.
Keep detailed interview notes and be highly organized, professional and self managed.
Work alongside two other HR professionals, but will work on many projects independently.
This is a highly dynamic and demanding position that will require overtime on a regular basis.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1+ plus years of general HR, including recruiting - any exposure to recruiting within a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Job Experience:
1 - 3 years of recruiting experience
