Job Description
The Corporate Recruiter is responsible for providing senior staffing to IMC Financial Markets based in Amsterdam WTC, including Information Technology, Trading and Staff departments. This new colleague will perform full lifecycle recruiting and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and the recruiting as a whole. A large degree of enthusiasm, near- and long-term recruiting vision, business understanding and personal organization is required. As well as extensive knowledge of social media recruitment.
Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with management to identify senior personnel needs with primary focus on the IT department, but also other roles within trading, finance, risk and administration
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position and fill these in, in an effective efficient manner from beginning to end, including recruitment approvals, job descriptions, candidate search, CV reviews, interviews, offer, negotiation etc.
- Review the effectiveness of recruiting plans and processes and manage any implementation plans in a thorough manner in partnership with the graduate recruiter
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external parties and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, credibility and professionalism
- Partner with the business to strongly align recruitment efforts with the overall business goals
- Perform other special projects as assigned.
- Work closely together with other IMC recruitment departments in different global city’s, for example Zug.
Desired Skills Experience
- Bachelors education preferred
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in an recruitment agency and in also in a corporate environment
- A good level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal considerations, job analysis, wage and salary trends
- Experience in an organization of business professionals with an understanding of the IT sector, systems etc.
- Fluently in (business) English
- Active team member and willing to hand-on on pragmatic solutions
- Extensive knowledge of social media

- Must be able to manage competing demands, while being extremely adaptable and flexible.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities
- Has a level of innovative vision and a motivated, structured attitude to implement ideas through to completion
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications as well as internet savvy
- Is able to prioritize independently and switch rapidly between various activities supplied by various people
- Is able to perform duties carefully even under time pressure
- A flexible and motivated individual who likes to work and play hard within a fast and energetic company and team!
