Corporate Relationship Director recruitment
Your role will be to develop, retain and manage a portfolio's and you will offer a full range of Banking services from Cash Management, Debt, FX and Asset Finance where you will be the primary contact and will provide advice on complex solutions as well as delivering exceptional customer experience.
The role is based in London, however, periodic travel will be required in order to develop and maintain these relationships.
Role Requirements
- Ideally exposure of working in either the US or Asian markets.
- Proven track record of dealing with senior executives and decision makers with blue chip corporate and leading financial institutions.
- A multicultural empathy with customers and the ability to operate across both the Global marketplace at both a parental and a subsidiary level.
- Regular customer visits with target customers to monitor changing circumstances.
- Strong business development skills.
- In-depth understanding of supply chain, industry seasonality and value opportunities
- Comprehensive Credit Risk experience.
- In depth product knowledge, with particular focus on transactional products
Individual Requirements
- Extensive Banking skills and the ability to offer strategic financial advice.
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Ability to network both internally and externally
- Proven track record of managing performance and to support the development of individuals, through effective coaching and timely feedback
- Act as a key ambassador for the banks within local marketplaces.
