Corporate Relationship Manager
The role:
The roles will involve supporting Senior Directors manage the largest food beverage corporate banking relationships of the bank in the UK, Europe and US and the other the entrepreneurs sector in the UK
They will be involved in originating new business, executing transactions (credit analysis, financial modelling, due diligence) and managing the portfolio.
The candidate:
The successful candidates will have:
• UK and/or European Corporate Banking experience focused on large corporates, ideally with exposure to food beverage or entrepreneurs sector, or
• Will be from a Transaction Services, Debt Advisory or Corporate Finance team focused on Corporates at a leading accountancy practice
• Credit analysis and financial modelling skills, ideally LBO modelling skills
• Strong client facing skills, experience writing pitchbooks
• Exposure to investment banking products - DCM, leveraged finance, interest rate hedging, etc
