Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of junior RMs in originating/marketing activities in Asia Pacific region
Manage key portfolio of clients in the real estate industry
Work with other departments in ensuring controls compliance for the team
Covers Top tier real estate sector
Involves both hunter and farmer position
Person specifications
At least 5 years of relevant experience in relationship management/business development/marketing role within corporate finance, real estate industry.
Degree Holder, preferably with Banking Finance/Accountancy background.
Strong understanding in real estate market and market knowledge.
Candidates with experience as a credit analyst covering real estate can be considered.
