Our client is seeking an experienced Relationship manager to work with management to develop relationships with existing and target customers, and identify new customers.
You will provide a point of contact for corporate clients and draft credit paper and preparing memos with recommendations on commercial/credit decisions.
You will also originate Loan asset, assessing the borrower, evaluating the collateral, negotiating the financial documents and finalising the transaction. Deals sizes are anywhere from $50million - $250million.
The candidate must demonstrate proven results in a similar role. The candidate must have exceptional oral and written communication skills, and an expectation to exceed customer service. A minimum of 5 years in a relationship function . You will also be tertiary educated, with as a minimum a degree in a business related subject.
Overall the role with act as a focal point to satisfying customer needs and look at a different range of products to offer to corporate clients.
