KEY OBJECTIVE
The main objective of our Corporate Risk strategy is to build a growing presence in the specialty middle market space by identifying the key distribution sources in this segment and building customized strategies based on their book of business and our Preferred products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist the Corporate Risk Segment Leader NY Region COO in the development, implementation execution of the Corporate Risk strategy over all lines in the Segment (• Communications Specialist – Internal external, written, oral, conversationalist and public presenter.
o External Portal to ACE
o Assist in communication of tough messages
o Good listener, understanding the dynamics of issues from all sides
• Distribution Management:
o Broker Mapping: matching brokers strengths with ACE’s, developing strategies with these products to ensure the best possible outcome
o Broker Ownership: managing the relationship, developing a broker specific multiline strategy, monitoring communicating results, pushing new accounts over the goal line, holding onto key account rnls, tweaking strategy as needed.
o Producer Advisory Board: Assist CSL in managing relationships, plans the bi-annual mtgs
o Manage specific Alpha, SGB Specialty Brokers or a geographic territory (such N. Jersey, Westchester or Long Island) within the NY Region as assigned.
o Drive Cross Selling / Account Rounding for assigned brokers. Assist CSL in developing automated processes to enable real time cross selling on aligned lines of business (Int’l Cas, Cargo, AH), etc.
o Quarterback key multiline rnls newlines for assigned brokers.
o Opportunity Identification for assigned brokers
o Expand Distribution: New broker appointments, licensing etc
o Broker contact data base: assist in expansion, updating categorizing
o Claims inquiries coordination
o BOR coordination
o Assist in creating regional content for Access ACE newsletter
• Assist in maintaining, expanding raising ACE’s profile in the market thought association participation: IBANY, PIA, YIPs, John Street Club, RIMs, etc.
• Assist in development of multiline Success Stories for Access ACE, Global Employee calls, etc
• Assist in aligning ACE with certain identified industry and trade associations in conjunction with brokers to target specific classes of business
• Assist in event Planning: Product Road Shows, CEU Presentations, multiline broker presentation
• Participate in Corporate Risk NY Branch, and other monthly territory/segment meetings within the region.
• Monthly Report: monitor results, activity, success stories etc
• Traffic Manager: internal resource to the Corp Risk team other ACE parties to help guide to the correct resources within or outside of ACE.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Undergraduate degree required
• Minimum of 7 -10 Years Underwriting/Business Development Experience in Property Casualty field
• Excellent sales/marketing and negotiation skills
• High Level of Business Acumen
• Broad Level of Insurance Product Knowledge
• Significant Presentation Skills
• Experience with Broker Relations Customer Management
• Strong computer skills; especially in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Team-oriented
