Corporate Roadshow Specialist recruitment
Event Marketing (EM) consists of three products, Conferences, Corporate Roadshows and Client Events. EM supports the Investment Bank (Fixed Income Currencies Commodities – FICC, Equities – EQ and Investment Banking Department – IBD) in the planning and delivery of these products.
The Corporate Roadshow Specialist will be responsible for the planning and project management of all corporate roadshows managed by UBS. The individual will report directly into the Head of Marketing Execution, Singapore.
Corporate Roadshows in the investment banking context are the process of taking a corporate from city to city to meet with investors. Corporate Roadshows can be deal-related or non-deal (investor relations). The corporate roadshow team operates at the highest level of confidentiality to ensure non-public information is kept secure while also ensuring the needs of both corporates and investors are met, city to city.
The Corporate Roadshow Specialist in Singapore:
Globally co-ordinates logistics across all cities for a corporate originating within the South East Asia region, and
Locally co-ordinates logistics across all cities for any corporate that will visit any South East Asia region city (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines Thailand)

Our ideal candidate will have the following requisites:
- Degree holder with at least 3-5 yrs of experience in event management/ corporate roadshow management within South East Asia.
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written), Fluency in Mandarin (Reading and Writing) is a plus
- Experience in organisation and management of Corporate Roadshows for Investment banking is a must
- Detailed project management experience

- Draft and manage the roadshow schedule and agree the structure of the roadshow with the originator and corporate client
- Work with Global Capital Markets team on the logistic arrangements and publishing of meetings on deal-related corporate roadshows
- Liaise across EM teams to manage bookings (hotels and flights) and invitations to investors in their local region.
- Manage and book all coporate roadshow logistics within region of responsibility including venues, audio visual requirements, travel and accommodation.
- Prepare estimated costings.
- Meeting and presentation administration: including printing and distribution of presentation materials, registration of attendance, name badging.
- Work closely with Global and Regional Functional Heads of Corporate Roadshows to ensure global standards, processes and procedures relating to the Corporate Roadshow product.
Corporate Roadshow Specialist must:
- Check and process invoices for each project undertaken
- Submit project information via the Event Management system or any other process to global and regional calendars for information reporting
- Maintain information flow on to relevant stakeholders
