Purpose Of Role:
The role holder is a Sales Professional responsible for their revenue targets selling into the EMEA. They work as a key member of an account team in an assigned sector or account(s) to identify, design, and sell products and services while providing a cost effective solution that satisfies the customer requirements. they are able to be the lead sales Specialist during the complete sales process in selling and defending a standard or bespoke Software solution of significant value to a customer.
The role holder will have a technical understanding of our portfolio to be able to tailor solutions to customer requirements. He/she stays abreast of the latest customer and market developments and contributes to the functional strategy by applying this within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
q Evangelise our services and propositions in marketplace and with customers.
q To understand customer requirements, offer bespoke solutions tailored to their needs.
q To establish key customer relationships with the support of the customer contact strategy.
q Be regarded as our industry experts and thought leaders for their specialist areas.
q Position high margins re solutions selling
q Advise customers on transforming their current managed services model.
q Develop proposition new commercial models and compute customers’ specific results. Focus on delivering recurring revenue streams.
q Breadth and depth of engagement with retention and acquisition customers.
q Completion of proposition, services and architect elements of tender responses.
q Build pipeline across Business and market segment proposition set. Achieve proposition and product targets.
q Expert feedback loop on strength of propositions to service development.
q To assist in forecasting business and market needs.
Qualifications:
q Graduate or relevant job experience highly desirable
Skills/Experience:
q experience within the sales environment, in particular solutions sales.
q Evidence of driving up revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
q technical understanding of managed services and services
q Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
