Corporate Secretarial Executive recruitment
Report directly to Corporate Secretarial Manager on general corporate secretarial and administrative duties, including:
- Set up and administration of companies within the Group, including Singapore incorporated companies and offshore companies
 - Drafting of various resolution i.e, incorporation, change of shareholders, change of directors/secretary, establishment of bank accounts and facilities, striking off, etc.
 - Maintain and update the statutory records of the companies within the Group
 - Set up, maintain and update document information using our in-house database system
 - Participate in financing projects and complete banks’ KYC requirements, in parallel with our in house panel of legal counsels
 - Management of all bank transactions and all correspondence related to these companies
 - Manage all communication with internal clients, overseas colleagues, banks, authorities etc. on matters relating to internal clients’ requirements
 - Annual compliance work including filing of necessary forms with Companies Registry, maintenance of statutory registers and minute book for inspection.
 - Adept with ACRA filing/research/extract information/use of website
 - Act and provide company secretary work for companies registered in Singapore
 
Requirements:
- ICSA qualified or pursuing ICSA courses
 - Conversant with all aspects of corporate secretarial practice
 - At least 5 years of relevant work experience in corporate secretarial services
 - Customer Focus with service mindset
 - Good personality with positive attitude and is flexible
 - Good teamwork and cooperation
 - Ability to work with minimal supervision
