CORPORATE SECRETARY (AVP/VP) recruitment
Our client is a stable firm with a strong regional presence, providing a stable platform for companies to trade across the region. It offers clients a broad span of equity derivative products. With the intention to expand its presence, it is looking to bring on board a corporate secretary able to spearhead the corporate governance space.
Responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate board meetings and other corporate general meetings
- Maintain proper and accurate company statutory records
- Manage all subsidiaries’ reporting and filing obligations in relation to the corporate secretarial work
- Liaise with board members and other functions within the Group on corporate secretarial matters
- Issue Group announcements
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working in a well regarded listed company or MNC
- Degree holder, preferably with legal qualifications or training of 2-8 years PQE
- Able to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines
- Strong corporate governance knowledge
