Excellent, Jersey-based opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading banking institutions.
Key purpose of the role will be to ensure delivery of a superior level of service to a range of SPVs. Specific responsibilities will include oversight of corporate administration, preparation and review of management reports and other, ad hoc financial information, undertake KYC initiatives, review documentation and liaise closely with the bank’s accounting and legal teams.
A good understanding of statutory and transaction documentation is essential , together with previous experience gained from a similar environment and including the management of shareholder and directors’ meetings , preparing agendas and taking minutes as appropriate. There will also be the requirement to act as a director to client companies on occasion.
The successful candidate will have relevant accounting, legal or regulatory experience gained from a Corporate Services environment and will ideally possess a professional accountancy or legal qualification. The proven ability to build and maintain effective client and other stakeholder relationships is essential, together with a strong team focus and the proven ability to multi-task and prioritise in a deadline-driven environment.
