Corporate Services Administrator/Bookkeeper Job in New York 10011, New York US
Crunch Fitness, we are 27 state-of-the-art gym with locations in New York, Brooklyn, Miami, Los Angeles, Portland, Orange County, San Diego and the San Francisco Bay Area. We are looking for an IT Help Desk Associate to support our San Francisco Bay Area and Peninsula locations. We currently have 10 locations plus a Corporate office location. We have Administrative positions available in our member services department at our corporate office location
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO;
- Approve New Sales/Renewals from internal sales management system (OnlineCCS)
- Manage Corporate Services Ticketing System
- Assist with HR approval on Corporate CEP Accounts
- Administer Corporate Cancellations through internal member database system
- Administer Corporate New Sales/Renewals through internal member database system
- Administer Sales/Renewal Invoicing through accounting system (Quickbooks)
- Administer Credits through accounting system (Quickbooks)
- Responsible for all corporate invoicing mailings/emails
- Understand and enforce all policies, procedures and standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in relevant field
- 1-2 years experience with Quickbooks or related accounting systems
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Able to handle high call volume
- Ability to multi-talk
- Strong organizational skills
- Good follow up skills
