Corporate Strategy Analyst, Global Insurance Business
Our client is a global insurance group, are looking to recruit a Strategy Analyst into their team.
The role will focus on the following:
- Work with the business to develop regional annual and multiyear business plans defining key strategies, multiyear change roadmap and strategic blueprint for region.
- Embed business planning into the regional matrix and align to global requirements.
- Identify innovative solutions in developing the organization's strategic plans. Work with the business to develop robust strategies business cases that align to strategy and deliver profitable returns.
- Build market and competitor analysis providing insight for senior management team
- Manage our progress against plan at regional and country level leveraging performance frameworks.
- Build executive insight across the EMEA operating landscape.
- Interface with global strategy unit.
They are interested in meeting strategy professionals from major consulting firms, or strategy analysts from other groups. Candidates will probably have 2 -3 years experience, be bright and have great communication and presentation skills. Ideally you will have some financial services experience, but we will consider great candidates without this if they are really good at strategic frameworks/ market sizing.
