Corporate Strategy Manager, FTSE Financial Services Business recruitment
Our client is a leading FTSE financial services group, who are now looking to add a Strategy Manager to one of their most successful divisions. The division (non insurance) is a market leader in its field, and provides clients with sophisticated products and solutions across a broad range of business areas
The role is a classic 'blue sky' strategy role, with a great mix of strategic planning and 'hands on' interaction with the business. You will be expected to write strategic plans for the divisional board and COO, assist senior management with strategic projects and also work with line managers if key matters to improve business performance or develop business unit strategy.
We are interested in meeting candidates who will have a background as follows:
- strategy consultants with the major strategy consulting firms
- corporate strategy professionals from other businesses
- investment bankers looking to make a move into corporate strategy
- financial services experience will be useful although is not essential
- it would be useful if candidates had an MBA although not essential
- due to the salary level (£65,000 to £75,000 + bonus) it is likely that the successful candidate will probably have between 4-8 years experience
