A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading insurance and reinsurance underwriting group as they look to recruit a member of the highly strategic CEO team.
You will have a very wide ranging broad role encompassing everything from due diligence on MA activity to driving the corporate strategy of the insurance group. Analytical and valuations skills are key as you will be required to value companies and partake in market and competitor analysis. There will be many acquisitions across the year that you will be involved in whilst additionally focusing on corporate strategy. With great exposure to the CEO, CFO and Chief Underwriting Officer on a daily basis, as you will be highly credible on corporate in addition to working on various projects.
The ideal candidate will be a very high achiever, and a leading member of their current team. Exposure to transactions and valuation methodologies will be highly beneficial. An MBA or ACA would be highly advantageous alongside prior exposure to senior heads.
