The Corporate Tax and Legal department, are seeking both talented junior and senior corporate tax manager(s) to join their growing team.

The job

You work with a team and as a manager, you take the leadership on decision and support you provide to your clients. Your main tasks are:

•You provide ad hoc tax consulting services to Swiss and international clients
•You ensure the expertise covering regular tax advice; tax planning and structuring, Mergers Acquisitions, Financial plan, etc.
•You work mainly with Banking, Private Banking and Funds company
•You are able to create business opportunities and to identify additional areas of service to offer to clients
•You coach and manage a small team, as well as you supervise their activities and ensure the accuracy of them
•Ad hoc projects

Your profile

•You have a Degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance or Accounting
•You have the Swiss Tax Expertise certificate or your ready to get it
•You have an experience of min. 4 years (junior manager role) - 6 years (senior manager role) in Corporate tax (Swiss or international)
•You speak perfect English, ideally French

Who can apply?

•You have a strong Corporate tax experience, ideally you have worked in consulting firm, in banking, in BIG 4 or in Fiduciary
•You have experience in Switzerland or in an other country, but you are willing to work in Lausanne or Geneva and to enjoy Swiss high quality of living
•You have a Master in tax-law or you are willing to do it (offered by the company)
