With a close and chosen team of 11 MA consultants the successful candidate will join a thriving and fast growing corporate finance consultancy. This is an opportunity to build on your transaction services experience and embark upon a much more commercial role. This is a very client facing role and you will advise extremely prestigious clients on both buy and sell side deals.
This will allow you to become a subject matter expert on origination and execution of deals. To operate and balance between both of these aspects of deals is unheard of and will give you exceptional exposure to FTSE 250 companies.
Forecasting, modelling valuations, creating information memorandums are but a few of the skills you will build on or acquire to best place you to advise an impressive portfolio of a growing client base.
To be considered for this role you must have transaction services experience with a deal sheet outlining the Financial Due Dilligence projects you have carried out. This must also be coupled with an ACA (or equivalent) qualification. N.Q candidates and up to 3 years P.Q.E will be considered.
