Corporate Trust Compliance VP recruitment

The Compliance VP will be in charge of the Compliance function for the Corporate Trust business in US and will be also acting as the deputy Regional Compliance Officer and support on pan-regional issues and matters.
 

The ideal candidate will need to acquire the following:

- knowledge in Corporate Trust business and Fiduciary

- minimum 5 years of proven Compliance experience

- knowledge of US bank regulatory matters and SEC Transfer Agency rules

- Legal background preferable, but not essential

- strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at a senior management level

- must demonstrate sound judgment and decision making capabilities, with the ability to multi-task and problem-solve
