Corporate Trust Senior Relationship Manager recruitment

CT Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) will be a senior client advocate concentrated on maintaining, enhancing owning and building the client relationship, managing client profitability and growing revenue through new and retentive business development while managing client relationship risk.  The SRM will act as sponsor; manage and develop assigned portfolio of existing significant CT client relationships.  The primary activities of the SRM role include relationship management, new business development from existing client portfolio, account planning, and client service coordination. The SRM generally manages the largest, strategic and most complex client relationships of CT including Tier I and/or some Tier II strategically important client relationships with multi-product, and/or significant realized revenue and/or multi line of business revenue potential.  Tier I relationships are generally expected to be generating revenue of $1million or more in annual revenue (smaller revenue in international locations and push countries), provide significant line of business or company revenue potential, be of a market size or significance in international locations, have multi-product revenue.

The role requires maintaining a comprehensive understanding of his/her clients' organisations (structure and contacts), capital market activities, and strategic priorities.  The SRM is responsible generating new business opportunities across his/her portfolio, maximising  revenue growth, product breadth/penetration and  optimising new business transactions.  SRMs will engage Deal Administration, Global Client Solutions (TMG, BAC/KYC, on-boarding, and other utilities), and Global Service Delivery (operations, payments, settlements, recordkeeping, etc.) to ensure high quality service experience for CT clients.  The SRM will also work closely with Business Product Management and Strategy, and Sales partners to identify new revenue/extensions/products.

The SRM will proactively develop and monitor relationships and oversee/coordinate remedial action(s) to resolve service issues.  The SRM is the primary bank’s business development contact and escalation point of contact for assigned client relationships.  Internally, the RM is the primary client advocate/sponsor, collaborating within CT functions as well as across broader bank to foster more coordinated service offering and cross-selling.
