About the Department
Corporate Trust Services has been putting customers at the center of everything we do since 1934.
With nearly 1,400 team members in 30 offices across the United States and international locations in Dublin and London, CTS provides fiduciary and agency services on debt securities issued by public and private corporations, government entities and the banking and securities industries, including mortgage-backed, asset-backed, collateralized debt obligations (CDO), municipal, and corporate/high yield securities, and litigation settlement administration.
The Structured Products Services group within Corporate Trust works with securities that are backed by a variety of assets. The business lines that make up SPS are Asset-Backed Securities, Lease, Mortgage Backed Securities, and Specialized Asset Services
Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a highly motivated dynamic individual to fill a Relationship Manager position. The Relationship Manager will oversee and assist in the production of the work on some of the most complex and sensitive client transactions and relationships. The successful candidate for this position will work with their team members and/or clients to resolve operational issues, ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, and ensure compliance with all internal operational guidelines and procedures.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily performance and deliverables of a team of analysts working on the International portfolio. The selected candidate will work to help maintain the relationship between Wells Fargo, our clients and other parties involved in the transactions. This position will be responsible for completing relationship plans for our larger clients and maintaining those relationships through check in calls and in person visits.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
Prior experience in one or more of the following: trust, financial services industry or relationship management.
Minimum Qualification
Skilled in relationship management and customer service, problem solving and resolution. Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented. Good PC skills including MS Excel and strong math aptitude. Ability to work well with people at all organizational levels inside and outside of Wells Fargo. Ability to work independently, make decisions and instruct others. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize. Ability to read and interpret legal documents. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in problem solving and resolution.
Preferred Skill
• Previous Structured Finance or Corporate Trust experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Excel, Access.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective oral and written communication skills to satisfy both internal and external customer needs.
• Experience on boarding new products and transactions.
