Job Description:
Manage existing portfolio of clients and building client relationships to ensure maximum revenue growth for the bank while managing client relationship risk profitability.

Involves both huntering and farming role including relationship management and new business development from existing client portfolio.

Manages the top tierred accounts through cross selling of multi products which includes all corporate trust services such as Public finance, Project finance, Corporate finance, Money market services, Loan agency administration services, Structured finance, Capital Markets services.

The role requires maintaining a comprehensive understanding of his/her clients' organisations (structure and contacts), capital market activities, and strategic priorities.

The candidate will work closely with Deal Administration, KYC on-boarding team, and back office functions to ensure high quality service experience for their clients. In addition, this person will work closely with product managers and business development managers to identify new products/revenue or extensions.

Internally, the RM is the primary client advocate, collaborating within the business to foster more coordinated service offering and cross-selling.


Qualifications

Strong academic background.
BA/MBA/first degree in related subject preferred.
10-12 years in financial services with particular focus on client relationship management and/or sales.
At least 8 to 15 years in debt capital markets/fixed income origination preferred.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ideally have at least 5 years of Asia coverage experience specifically within Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia etc.
