Square Mile Connections want to speak to experienced Transaction Managers about a number of opportunities with our top clients.
Our clients want to see candidates who have strong levels of experience in working with legal documentation for Capital Market Transactions.
Experience in the Trustee market would be viewed favourably, as would a legal background gained with Top European law firms. Magic or Silver circle experience with a secondment in an Investment Bank would be ideal.
Those candidates who have a second (or more) European language would have a distinct advantage - especially Italian, German and Spanish.
Required:
Legal Documentation - writing and reviewing (Essential)
Capital Market transaction management experience
Broad asset-class exposure
Structured Product TM experience (Essential)
Desired:
Italian/German/Spanish language skills
Knowledge of Italian/German/Spanish Capital Markets
Legal Background/Legal qualifications
