Corporate Trust UK Sales Manager recruitment

Based in the city, this corporate trust services providor has an enviable franchise. They are capable of competing with the largest and most established providors, whilst still being nimble and offering a personal experience for both clients and employees alike.

The position would give the applicant responsibility for the UK sales team, which has recently benefitted from a new range of products especially suited to the current market place. This sudden growth of opportunity has spurred senior management to take advantage of the new demand, invest in the sales team, and provide support wherever necessary.

There are 2 positions, one junior sales manager and another senior role to run the UK sales desk. The latter is looking for an applicant ready to take the next step into managing a team.

Their basic requirements are:

- An experienced corporate trust sales person with excellent working knowledge and experience of corporate trust products

- Someone who is confident they can develop and motivate the UK sales team

- Experience of working with different levels of experience and knowledge

- Someone with a "can-do" attitude

Due to the sometimes bespoke nature of their offering alot of the work is "non traditional" where hybrids are often created. As a result a strong understanding of the underlying products is essential.

This role will suit an applicant who is confident of their knowledge and is keen to prove it outside the more obvious corporate trust organisations.
