This is one of Australia's leading fully integrated property groups, with close to 25 years’ experience managing high quality property on behalf of institutional, wholesale and retail clients. The group has offices across the business capitals of Australia with circa $10 billion of funds under management across the office, retail, industrial and residential sectors.
This position is part of a small and highly visible team whose remit is broad. Its activities include mergers acquisitions, capital raising, establishment of new funds and partnerships as well as the development and assessment of strategic initiatives including growth strategies and performance improvement. The analyst/associate’s responsibilities are strategy identification and assessment as well as modelling, presentations, documentation, structuring and due diligence on deals.
You will have circa 2-4 years’ of experience and this may have been gained in investment banking, investment management or corporate development and while prior real estate experience is an advantage, those passionate about the sector who may come from different backgrounds will also be considered. We are looking for those with strong academic achievements and confident and highly personable demeanours who come with energetic and enthusiastic attitudes. This is an environment of robust debate and resultantly strong communication skills will serve you well. You are expected to possess strong modelling skills and exemplary commercial acumen.
