Correctional Cook - Part Time
Prepare serve 3 meals every day for 100-200 inmates. Responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, working with and supervising inmate workers, maintaining a sanitary, functional safe secure work area. Must be familiar with basic kitchen equipment, follow and adjust recipes, adjust portions, be detail oriented. Have basic computer skills and be security minded. Must pass extensive background check.
